Every year the members of our Baltic Legal Solutions network Baltic Legal Soliutions Lithuania, Kronbergs & Čukste and Baltic Legal Solutions Glikman & Partnerid together or separately issue several publications on changes related to business and law, new developments and tendencies in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and other European countries.

A number of our articles and publications are noted below.

JBP Advocate, Partner prof. Valentinas Mikelenas wrote the book Family Law, October 2009. In October 2009, the book entitled "Family Law" by an Advocate, Partner prof. Valentinas Mikelenas of the Professional Law Partnership Jurevičius, Bartkus & Partners was published. In the book Valentinas Mikelenas discusses the problems of modern family law, analyses the valid Lithuanian statutory law as well as provides with evaluation of the court practice, reviews historical development of the Lithuanian family law and tendencies of the global modern family law. Age Discrimination Law in Europe Age Discrimnation Law in Europe, 2009. The book provides a country-by-country overview of anti-discrimination legislation and related jurisprudence in the 27 EU Member States as well as Switzerland, Russia and Turkey. First Volume of the Book "Copyright Law" by JBB Advocate dr. Vytautas Mizaras Published Copyright Law, 2009. An Advocate dr. Vytautas Mizaras of the Professional Law Partnership Jurevičius, Balčiūnas & Bartkus wrote the book "Copyright Law". The first volume of the book deals with the common issues of copyright law, objects and subjects of copyright law as well as with authors' moral and economic rights and their restrictions. The second volume, due in April-May 2009, analyses neighbouring rights including the sui generis rights of the database producer, implementation and defence issues of copyright rights along with neighbouring rights; furthermore, a separate section is devoted to the copyright law in the European Union.
